- U.S . Savings Bonds have long been safe and conservative investments.
- The interest rates on these bonds vary and in the past it has been difficult
- to obtain a true valuation of these investments.

- This valuation program was written to enable the investor to calculate the value
- of all bonds he\she may hold. There are three files needed to run this program.

- 1. BOND.EXE - the executable file.
- 2. EBOND.DAT - information for E series bonds
- 3. EEBOND.DAT - information for EE series bonds

- This program should work on all IBM compatible systems.

- Type BOND followed by CARRIAGE RETURN to invoke the program.

- The value of U. S. Savings Bonds are computed from tables supplied by the
- U. S. Treasury every six months. This program will be good until 10/31/88.

- Should you find this program useful you may become a registered user for $10.

- Registered users will receive a complete user's guide. The data files
- must be updated every six months. At this time all registered users will recieve
- updates at cost (Disk, postage, etc.). Any enhancements made to the program
- during each six month period will be sent free to all registered users.
